Each step normally lasts 14–30 days, and you move forward at your own pace – with ongoing support.
You have one permanent mentor throughout the program, and regular online conversations ensure alignment, clarity, and anchoring along the way.
Between the conversations, you work on exercises, reflections, and practices that support real change in everyday life.
The program combines consciousness, body, energy and practical life integration, and is designed for lasting transformation – not quick fixes.
