Module 3: Unwinding and somatic trauma work
This module focuses on somatic trauma work and how we can activate the body's inherent intelligence to release tensions and traumas that limit our potential. Through deep exploration of the body-mind connection, you will learn techniques to support both your own and others' healing process.
We integrate 4-hand's work , where multiple therapists collaborate to create deeper transformation and facilitate the release of stuck patterns. In addition, we will delve deeper into the shamanistic perspective, where the elements of nature and the power of the heart are essential tools for creating holistic balance and harmony in life.
Through the module's heart work, you learn to connect with deeper layers of yourself and the universe, with nature as an important helper in the healing process.
