Spine Work
This module is dedicated to our pillar. Both our physical pillar – the spine, which is the main connection in our system, and our energetic pillar, which connects us to the Earth and the universe.
By restoring a healthy and strong connection in our vertical line of consciousness, we can stand more steadily and neutrally within ourselves. You will learn in-depth techniques that correct the spine and cervical vertebrae in an effective and safe way, able to alleviate problems such as whiplash injuries, slipped discs, etc.
We will also look more closely at our inner and outer qualities, and what prevents us from living the way we dream of living. In addition, we will practice changing our perception, and thus the understanding of what we see and experience.
