This course gives you a unique opportunity to discover 5D Cranio – a holistic approach to holistic health and growth, developed at Vaajma Academy through 20 years and tens of thousands of hours of practice.
The method stems from the craniosacral tradition, and is at the same time enriched with the depth of nature and Sami wisdom.
In 5D Cranio , craniosacral practice , which is based on anatomy, body rhythms and subtle movements, is combined with an expanded perspective on the human being that includes the cycles of nature, energy and the spiritual dimension. This weekend you will learn how we work in five dimensions:
The physical – the body's structures, bones, muscles and connective tissue
The psyche – the rhythms of the nervous system and the imprint of the mind
